INGREDIENTES:

  • 1 Huevo
  • 1 taza de Leche Evaporada
  • 1/2 Taza de Agua Helada
  • 1 Taza de Pisco
  • 1/2 Taza de Algarrobina
  • Azúcar al gusto
  • Canela Molida

PREPARACIÓN: 
         
  Batir el huevo en la licuadora e ir vertiendo la leche, la algarrobina, el agua, el pisco y el azúcar (al gusto). Servir en vasitos como aperitivo, espolvoreando un poco de canela molida encima. 


NOTA: Este cóctel puede prepararlo más o menos fuerte de acuerdo a su gusto. Para ello varíe la cantidad de pisco en mayor o menor proporción.
