INGREDIENTES:

  • 2 1/2 tazas de Harina Praparada
  • 1 Taza de Leche
  • 8 Yemas
  • 2 Tazas de Maizena
  • 3 Tazas de Azúcar en Polvo
  • 250 grs. de Mantequilla
  • Luquete y Jugo de Limón


PREPARACIÓN:
         
   Batir la mantequilla con el azúcar hasta que esté cremos y agregar las yemas una por una; cernir la harina con la maizena, mezclar con lo anterior, alternar con la leche, unir todo y echar el luquete y jugo de limón; llevar al horno suave.
