INGREDIENTES:

  • 1 1/2 Ltrs. de Leche
  • 1/2 Bola de Chancaca
  • 1/2 Taza de Azúcar
  • 10 Cucharadas de Harina de Arvejas
  • 1 Copita de Vino Dulce
  • Canela y Clavo de Olor

 PREPARACIÓN:
         
Preparar miel con la chancaca, canela, clavo de olor, azúcar, agua. Hervir dejando que tome concistencia; aparte en otra cacerola calentar la leche hasta punto de hervir; agregar la harina disuelta y esperar que espese lo suficiente para endulzar con la miel anteriormente preparada, finalmente incorporar el vino dulce; dejar hervir por unos minutos solamente; servir y espolvorear con canela molida.
