Documentación en Italia - Permesso di soggiorno

PERMESSO DI SOGGIORNO PER MOTIVI DI STUDIO
(art. 39 Decreto Legislativo n° 286/98 e succ. mod. ; artt. 44 bis, 45 e 46 DPR 394/99 e succ. mod.)

  1. Istanza compilata e sottoscritta dall’interessato (Modulo 1);
  2. Fotocopia di tutto il passaporto o di altro documento equipollente (vedi tabella n.4);
  3. Per il primo rilascio del permesso di soggiorno deve essere prodotta:
    1) fotocopia della certificazione attestante il corso di studio da seguire, vistata dalla
    Rappresentanza Diplomatica/Consolare Italiana all’atto del rilascio del visto di
    ingresso;
    2) fotocopia della polizza assicurativa, valida nel territorio nazionale, per il periodo di
    durata del permesso di soggiorno, contro il rischio di malattia e/o infortuni.
  4. Per il rinnovo del permesso di soggiorno deve essere prodotta:
    1) fotocopia della documentazione attestante la disponibilità di adeguate risorse
    finanziarie per il periodo della durata del permesso di soggiorno. Lo studente lavoratore
    può dimostrare il reddito tramite compilazione del modulo 2;
    2) fotocopia della polizza assicurativa, valida nel territorio nazionale per il periodo di
    durata del permesso di soggiorno, contro il rischio di malattia ed infortuni.
    3) fotocopia certificazione attestante il superamento di almeno un esame di profitto per
    il 1° rinnovo e di almeno 2 esami per i successivi rinnovi del permesso di soggiorno,
    salvo cause di forza maggiore.

    NOTE

    1) Il permesso di soggiorno per studio autorizza lo svolgimento di attività lavorativa part-time
    per un massimo di 20 ore settimanali e un limite annuale di 1.040 ore.
    2) Il permesso di soggiorno per studio può essere rinnovato solo se il visto di ingresso è stato
    rilasciato per la frequenza di un corso di studio pluriennale.
    3) Il permesso di soggiorno per studio non può essere in ogni caso rinnovato per più di tre anni
    oltre la durata del corso di studi pluriennale.
    4) Il permesso di soggiorno per studio non può essere utilizzato o rinnovato per la frequenza di un
    corso di studi diverso da quello per il quale è stato concesso il visto ad eccezione del transito ad
    altra facoltà concesso dalla Autorità accademica e dell’accesso ad un corso di tipo universitario
    intrapreso al termine della frequenza in Italia o un corso di livello medio/superiore.
    5) Il permesso di soggiorno per studio può essere convertito in quello per lavoro acquisendo una
    quota nell’ambito del decreto di programmazione dei flussi di ingresso per lavoro dimostrando
    il possesso dei requisiti richiesti dalla norma per la tipologia del lavoro svolto:
    – dallo straniero già regolarmente presente sul territorio nazionale al raggiungimento della maggiore
    età;
    – dallo straniero che ha conseguito in Italia il diploma di laurea o di laurea specialistica, a seguito
    della frequenza dei relativo corso di studi in Italia.

    Hola soy estudiante de Ing gestionale de laUniversitá di Firenze, pero ya me gradue en mi pais como ingeniero quimico, aca pedi que me reconocieran algunas materias para estudiar ing gestionale, el problema es que vi q hay un amster muy interesante en pisa de sicurezza, e igine, me gustaria hacerlo, pero no se si puedo renovar el permisso soggiorno para hacer este master o debo continuar haciendo la laurea trienale, auqnue ya tenga un titulo de estudios profesional!!
